Signing in

Cirros uses one shared sign-in service for every cloud it hosts (a central identity service). Because the same login serves many different organisations, the first screen is deliberately neutral — there is no company logo or branding on it.

1. Enter your email address. The service uses it to work out which cloud and organisation you belong to, and routes you to the right place. Only once your email is recognised might the page show a welcome for your organisation.
2. Enter your password on the screen that follows.
3. Complete two-factor authentication if your organisation requires it — approve the prompt or enter the code from your chosen method, and you arrive at the dashboard.

You manage your own security from the account menu (your initials, top-right of every page):

• MFA Settings — set up or change your multi-factor (two-step) authentication.
• Authenticate by Phone — verify yourself using your phone.
• Change password — update your password.
