Welcome
Welcome to the Cirros Wiki, you can find useful information here about Cirros updates and user guides.
About this documentation
Cirros Cloud is a continuously developed SaaS platform. Features, interfaces and technical detail change as the service evolves, and while we maintain these pages actively, individual pages may describe behaviour that has since moved on.
Where documents disagree. These pages are guidance and are not a contractual document. Where anything here conflicts with a controlled document, the controlled document applies, in this order:
- Your contract, Service Level Agreement and Data Processing Agreement
- The Cirros Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified)
- Release notes and maintenance notices issued for your tenant
- These wiki pages
If something looks wrong. Tell us at info@cirros.net. We treat documentation defects as tickets, and if you're relying on a page for an assurance, procurement or audit exercise, ask us to confirm it in writing rather than citing the wiki — contact info@cirros.net and we'll turn that round quickly.
