Sending your Ricoh system logs to Cirros
If Cirros needs to investigate a problem on a Ricoh device, we ask for a copy of its system logs. This page shows you how to get them from the device and send them to us. One day's worth of logs is enough for us to see what is going on.

How to retrieve and send the logs
- Find the device IP address. If you do not already have it, read it from the hidden Cirros information screen. At the Cirros home screen (the one showing the client logo), tap repeatedly in the top-right corner of the touchscreen, then note the IP address shown.
- Open the system information page. On a PC on the same network as the device, open a web browser
and go to
https://<device-ip>/web/entry/df/websys/direct/getSysInfo.cgi. Replace<device-ip>with the address from step 1. Type the address exactly as shown. - Save the output. When the page loads, save it to your PC. Right-click and choose Save as…, or use your browser's Print → Save as PDF.
- Send it to Cirros. Email the saved file to servicedesk@cirros.net. If the file is too big to attach, say so in your email and we will arrange another way for you to send it.
The address is case-sensitive. Type getSysInfo.cgi exactly, with a capital S and a
capital I. If the capital letters are wrong, the device returns a "page not found" error.
If your browser warns about the connection. A certificate or "not secure" warning is normal for a printer on your local network. It is safe to continue to the page.
How much we need
